Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted if reported within 72 hours after delivery, with proof of purchase and photos sent via WhatsApp.
Customers must ship the item back using a courier we recommend; international customers are responsible for customs, duties, and shipping.
If your return is approved, we may offer a refund (only for the item cost, not shipping), a store credit, or an exchange at our discretion. Refunds follow once we receive and inspect the item.
Returns won’t be accepted if: reported after 72 hours, item isn’t returned properly, item is damaged by improper care, or if there’s no proof submitted.
Exchanges are not offered at this time.
Address change requests after placing your order are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch and delivery are separate: delivery takes 3-5 working days after dispatch, not after ordering.
You receive a shipping confirmation email 24 hours before dispatch.
Delivery charges are based on the product type and destination. These fees are notified before completing your order.
Any customs duties or taxes (outside Pakistan) must be paid by the customer.
Privacy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Content & Pricing
We aim to keep product descriptions and prices correct, but errors may happen.
If an item is listed incorrectly, we may cancel your order and contact you for next steps
Order Acceptance
We may refuse or cancel orders due to quantity limits, errors in product/pricing info, or security concerns.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes fall under the courts in Karachi.
